To receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges), an item must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.  The original invoice is required and must also be returned.  We do not accept returns on items previously installed or special order (non stock) items. 

Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund.  If you purchased the item with a credit card, we will reverse the charges and mail you a receipt.  If you purchased the item with a check or money order, we will mail a refund to you.
